Audition information:
Director Cindy Nagle Walton needs cast for September/October production. Needed are 5M (20-older) and 4F (20- older). Cold readings from the script. British accents are required for all roles. Mrs. Clackett must switch between upper-class and lower-class accents quickly. The show has an intense rehearsal process and a VERY early call for being off-book so be prepared with a list of conflicts. Also be prepared for a very physical show. The set is two stories and you will run up and down the stairs and in and out the doors---sometimes with your pants around your ankles or your shoes tied together! The character of Brooke must be prepared to perform in her undergarments and Poppy also undresses on stage. Auditions will be held in the theatre located in the Gauntlett Community Center, West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA.
