The deadline for having your organization's information appear in the newsletter is midnight (12 AM), three days before the end of the previous month. Whatever you have posted on the website by that date will also appear in next month's newsletter. We also display the first two weeks of the following month in the newsletter as well, for people who can't pick up their newsletter promptly on the first of the month.
